Without writing a whole page about this dog there is not much I can say. But I will make one huge statement about her. She is to me everything a GSD was ever meant to be. Ok, so at least in mind if not body. Her coloring leaves a lot to be desired. She is way oversize...but what a great character and what a wonderful companion. She can herd, she will bite and work, she is rock solid in the nerve departement, she is social and safe around small creatures. To me, she is as perfect as a dog can get!
I am still working on getting a good side shot of her. As soon as I do I will update this post!
Here is the updated picture.
Oh and the reason why her coat looks so awful is because she bailed off into the pond before I got my help cornered and she was out experimental model!

I love her, Gisela! She sounds like the perfect German Shepherd to me.
Color can't compare as an attribute to what you have in a real dog. |

G~This is a beautiful female...period. Yes, her pigment is a little light, but as to structure, she is a dream. I had a Xato daughter some years ago that this female reminds me of...simply awesome

Jamie, Strydor would like you to consider this.....
In order to get fed...
one has to sleep on the food bag to keep it safe and make sure one does not miss anything that may be hidden somewhere...or even worse, focus i.e. work for it!
  
Then there is the thing they call exercise....
either one has to race with the riff raff or play with (babysit) the guests.
 
Then there is the issue of cleanliness....
which is really not high on the list at all...
Of course then there are the sleeping arrangements around here that have to be mentioned...or the lack of privacy really... 
   
Now if you can find a spot for yourself...it has other issues...
 
Then mom decides to take undignified pictures like this....when one is desperatly trying to disobey and not come as one wants to go for a car trip and is trying to blend into the landscape so one is not put up!
Or like this..whatever that is...
So after all, consider that tripping over Border Collies, cats and other vermin all day long is hard work. Besides, taking care of mom and making sure one is not forgotten at the end of the day when it is time to eat, makes for a very tiresome day!
