They had fun playing. Are you going to start him in Schutzhund? What club are you thinking about going to?

<<Has Toots been in heat yet, Jessica? I didnt get Tika until January so I didnt know if she came into heat once already. I dont think so, as she acted pretty weird, and unsure..>>
Nope--no signs of heat yet. They will be 9 months old Sunday, so this will be their first experience. Lord help me if she takes this opportunity to get more attitude!!

That's the plan for Pharaoh and I have looked at a couple of clubs, but, that is on hold until his eye is completely cleared up for a while. _________________ Michele

| I forgot to tell everyone that Tika received her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) last week. She is such a good, smart girl. |

Tika graduated tonight from basic obedience. I enrolled her right after the kindergarten class and we had a blast.
We recieved "Best Team" award, the trainer said because Tika and I work so well together and Tika is never distracted by the other dogs or people, she always is focused on me.
There is always a photographer at the graduations and she took some pictures of Tika, if they turn out good I will purchase a few and post them.
I am looking into sending Tika to have her titled. I know she has the drives and ability and I dont want her to go to waste. So that is the next thing I am going to be working towards. She just turned 9 months so I have 5-6 months to figure it out..
If anyone has any recommendations on trainers, here in the US or Germany let me know.
Thank you.

The pictures didnt turn out too bad. It really shows her nice color. I need to come up again and we can get some really good ones of her and Rookie. I am no sure about Umi right now. She looks like she swollowed a football. Oh yea..and the corgi's too. They are easy to stack...hehehe....Tika wasnt too bad. She just didnt really feel like standing still at that moment...hehe.
I will say that she should be a really good working dog. When I was playing tug with her she did get that glazed over look in her eye. When I reached for the tug when it was in front of her she had that look like " go ahead, I dare ya". _________________ Jyl Wilkinson
